Item Reservations

When items are placed into your shopping cart, they are still available for anyone to purchase. Only upon entering the checkout process are the items reserved for you. If purchase is not completed within three days of checkout, the reservation on the items in the cart is lost. The items will stay in your cart and can be reserved during a later checkout.

Currency

All costs are shown in US dollars.

Shipping Policy

Shipping is done using priority or global priority mail through the United States Postal Service.

Once payment has been received, your package will be mailed to you within three business days.

Shipping is free for pre-tax sales of $75.00 or more when shipped within the United States. Otherwise, shipments to the United States cost $7.00 and shipments to Canada are $15.00. All other international shipments must contact us for a shipping quote prior to purchase.

Taxes

Sales tax is charged for sales within California at a rate of 8.75%.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase in new, original condition. Skeins must be in original form and not wound into balls. Sealed packages must still be sealed. Exchange only. Buyer to pay return postage. Must get authorization for return.

Payment

All payments are through PayPal. All purchases must be made within three days of checkout. If payment has not been submitted within three days of checkout, items in your shopping cart will be available for others to purchase. If you are using the PayPal eCheck method, the payment date is the date on which the eCheck is submitted, not the date on which it clears.

Under special circumstances, money orders are accepted. Approval prior to purchase is necessary.

Caveats

Many of the items sold at Yarny Goodness are one of a kind and can not be reproduced. As such, if custom orders are requested, your item will not be identical to the item shown.

Also, please note that not all monitors are calibrated correctly for color reporduction. Because of this, it is possible that the item may appear to have a different color than its actual color.
